Within the Melbourne metro this is usually 15 or 30 minutes.
The Travel charges are fixed costs covering time spent travelling from our depot to your location & from the drop-off location back to our depot.
The fixed pricing is independent of traffic conditions or time of day so you won’t be charged if we’re stuck in traffic or experience delays travelling between our base to you.
Example:
If you’re moving from Collingwood to Preston, there would be no charge travelling to Collingwood but a 15 minute travel charge returning from Preston at the hourly rate prorated ( quarter of the hourly rate of $175 = $43.75 ).

2.2% when paying with VISA or Master.
We also accept Cash & direct transfer.
Fuel levy:
For areas outside the 50km radius from Melbourne GPO Box a 5% fee applies.
